OK, gang. I searched the Framers archive and ours and was unable to
find anything. The TECHWR-Lers have seen it all, and are usually prompt
about replying, so I'll ask:
I'm in FrameMaker 5.5.6 (don't ask) on Windows. Suddenly this morning,
the dropdown menu in the Find/Change dialog has changed its list of
entries. It now lists
Text
Character Format...
Paragraph Tag
Any Text Inset
Unresolved Text Inset
Any Publisher <------------!!
Anchored Frame
Footnote
Any Table
Table Tag
"Publisher" is a Macintosh term, not a Windows term.
No mention of
Any Marker
Marker of Type
Marker Text
Any Cross-Reference
Cross-Reference of Format
Unresolved Cross-Reference
Any Variable
Variable of Name
I consulted the online manual for Configuration, and found no "find" there.
I looked in the menus.cfg file, and found no "find" there
Anybody have a clue about what I need to do to restore it to its old form?
