I was having the same issue, just with a different version of Word.
Reinstalling didn't resolve it. I still get a VB runtime error. Anyone
have any other suggestions?

Reinstall RoboHelp. Yeah, you can probably locate a registry setting that
calls the Word in RoboHelp and edit it to launch the new version of Word,
but RoboHelp is linked to Word and the original installation is linked to an
old version of Word. You are best off, in my opinion, just letting the
RoboHelp installation fix the issue.
Good luck.

Hi,
This is a question regarding RoboHelp.
I developed a WinHelp 2000 project using Office 97 a few months ago. I have
now installed Office XP with an OS of XP. I tried to open the same Help
Project - the project opened successfully. However when I tried to edit a
document I get the message. RoboHelp Explorer cannot locate Microsoft Word.
I have tried to locate when this setting may be but with no luck. Can some
please provide me with answer to resolve by problem?
