TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.

The Trans European competition sent 2 entries to the US International level
competition. One entry was in the Magazines category (it won Excellence) and
the other was in Promotional and Informational Material category (it won
Merit). Both were in the English language and were from Germany.
The Trans European competition was run by the six European chapters and the
Israeli chapter. It received 39 entries in 5 languages from 10 countries.
