Brian:
I don't know if Acrobat Pro has this option. I know that if you check the
Adobe website, they list add-on programs that provide the security start-up
screens you are asking about. We looked into using them several years back.
The one the looked the most promising was called File Open. (Try
fileopen.com.) It was expensive.

Subject: pdf security
I need to come up with a security pop-up for a pdf document similar
to the "I agree" screens on most software installations. This would
simply prevent the pdf from being opened unless the viewer agreed to
relinquish us from any legal liabilities.
Does Acrobat Professional have this capabilities?
Any ideas?
Pre-emptive apology: Sorry if this is in the archives, I'm just
under the gun to find a solution quickly.
Thanks!
