Guys...to divert the subject...I took the train down to Baltimore on
Tuesday to check out the STC conference. I happen to stop at the
TechSmith booth and saw a new product called Morae. This application is
designed to examine a user as the user uses an application
(human/computer interaction, mouse/keyboard actions, eye movement, etc.)

It seemed interesting. Anyone using it that can discuss this with me/us
in an objective manner?
