Be sure you have a single point of contact with your client. Be sure
that person has the authority to make decisions. Be sure that person
not only has the authority to, but the will, to resolve the
contentious issues of hyphenation, acronyms, and comma placement, etc.
In addition, you should have in writing that once a style has been
selected your client agrees to pay for changes.
