As I look on my shelves at some of the docs I have done, I see 'Systems
Manual', 'Procedure Handbook', 'System Overview Document', and 'User
Manual'.

I should point out that 99% of my work is internal and for the most part
is used by a small group of people. I have not heard any comments on how
anything is titled.

Like Gen Kim-Eng asked, is it necessary that all your clients use the
same blanket term?
