Beverly asked:
> Which method do you use, (linking or embedding) and why?
I like linking because it reduces the file size of the .FM files. I make
text changes frequently which impact the FrameMaker chapter file. I make
graphic changes less frequently, so there is no reason to want to update
all the graphics information whenever I do a SAVE. Linking avoids messing
with the graphics at all unless they have been specifically changed, and
then, as another poster stated, all of the places where the graphic is
used are updated at one time.
This is just much more elegant than the embedding method.
