Very helpful questions Bill,

I would be localizing a software application (menus, dialog boxes, messages,
etc.) and the accompanying help files + some documentation. Its is a 2,3
month project and I need to prepare myself to get the job.

They require RoboHelp HTML. That is one of my worries I have translated
files with RoboHelp Word, and its great because it integrates Trados (CAT).
That doesn't work with RoboHelp HTML.
Now I see that I can import HTML files in to RoboHelp Word. That could
solve my problem. I am experimenting at this exact moment ;-).

I am looking for general tips and how-tos on these matters.

Thanks for recommending the HATT mailing list, had a look seems very
interesting.
