Let the intern select those TWs that will be laid off next as their jobs are
offshored. That way the interns will understand what a career as a TW is
going to be like.
That seems like a safe, one-off job that wouldn't require any quality follow
up. And, it's very meaningful for those that expect to graduate and go
straight into doc manager positions.
