I'm inclined to agree. While it's amusing that what they were not
finding was actually in there, this serves as an excellent example of
why we should conduct a thorough audience analysis to determine how
users will actually be using the product and the Help. Not to say,
John, that you did not do these things, but it seems that based on the
feedback you received, you will need to add "admin" to the
"administrator" and other such indexed topics.
