I think Mike covered the best advice...
When you're in a one-on-one meeting and her phone rings, AND SHE TAKES
IT, kindly excuse yourself from the room. Something like "I'm sorry,
I'll come back later when you're free." Do it all the time. Just get
up and excuse yourself. She has no grounds to be upset with you for
being polite about excusing yourself when she takes a call. After all,
she's being the rude one. Seriously.
In larger meetings, where she takes a call, keep the meeting going
without her involvement. This does not show a lack of disrespect
toward her, but rather combats the lack of respect she is showing
others in the meeting. You will not be punished for being productive
with others.
Does this help?
