I don't know if you have a budget for this, but you might try using
DemoShield (http://www.installshield.com/ds/). It allows you to create an
"interactive" autorun CD browser. I've used it a few times, and while it has
a few bugs, it's relatively simple to learn and does the job well.

Good luck!

I am looking for a way to create a CD that has both
text and embedded movie files.  I have Framemaker and
Camtasia, which each alone do their jobs, but I need
to combine them and present the finished product on a
user-friendly CD, which preferably would open with a
table of contents and links to individual chapters.
Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks.
