You can do this all with FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat. The end result
could be a PDF on the CD with an autorun.inf to launch the PDF upon
insert into the PC. If you're not certain your audience will have
Reader, just install a runtime version of it on the CD image and run
Reader off the same CD as your PDF.
