Or it could be something else entirely.
Several years ago, I began experiencing pain like cold rain in my
shoulder. When I consulted a physician who specialized in occupational
health, he told me it was 'mouse-induced tendonitis.' My wrist was fine,
but I was wreaking havoc in my shoulder because of how, and the extent to
which, I used my mouse.
I bought a trackball mouse, started using it on the movable keyboard
thingy (shelf? holder? You know what I mean) and learned to use more
keyboard shortcuts. The pain (and I hope the condition) is gone.
