I wouldn't call attacking other people's opinions a "healthy discussion."
Any mature adult can express their opinion, even challenge other opinions,
without the need to belittle or invalidate other people's opinions. Often,
it's not only what you say, but how you say it, that makes the difference.
But personally, I really don't care; say what you will. Too often, there
seems to be more posturing on this discussion list than useful discussion
(e.g. people trying to show how much they know, rather than just trying to
help). But then again, that's just my pathetic viewpoint, so take it with
(as another user says) a mine of salt.

I'm sorry, but how is this not playing nice, exactly? It's my understanding
that viewpoints, thoughts, and ideas were all fair game here.
Someone also commented about sticks and stones...
I'm terribly sorry you took my reply as a personal attack, but if you
re-read it you should notice that it was not.
If by playing nice you mean biting my tongue and saying what you want to
hear, then I apologize but I cannot do that as I wouldn't then be offering
my own opinion - I'd be offering yours. However, if you're looking a healthy
discussion that challenges ideas, processes, and mindsets, I'm game.
