heading (as "A" does in "A"ddendum), you can use a character style to id
just what you want to show in the footer and then use a field based on
that character style to show it. That way you can use the same footer
for the entire content part of the document. It's usually possible to do
the same with the header. Fewer section breaks = happier Worder.
Option B--chapter numbering:
1-1, 1-2, ... 2-1, 2-2, ... (for the first 10 pp).
A-1, A-2, ... A-10 (for the addendum).
