Recommend you buy (& absorb) Carolyn Snyder's bood, "Paper Prototyping:
The Fast and Easy Way to Design and Refine User Interfaces." It's a new,
great book that goes into many of these issues. Great case studies
combined with how-tos, it's a dog-eared book on my desk.
