Wow. Sounds to me like your company is in bad shape. A 30K decrease from your previous job and then another 25% off of that can't possibly leave you with much of a salary. Even if jobs are tight in your area, do yourself a favor by starting to look for a different job now--before you get laid off or before you have to pay THEM to work there.
