first, I think you mean ipso-facto
second...a definition of expert is "a person with special or superior
skill or knowledge in a particular area". Using something does not
give you a special or superior knowledge of something. Taking a
scalpel and slitting someone from throat to groin through the heart
does not make you a cardiologist, yet you've used his product.
Software usability...do some research is the subject or work in this
environment and you'll see that there is something to this.
