Yes, and you can also be someone who's very good at getting
a job done a certain way even though it's an unnecessarily
complex and convoluted way. If you're looking for input from
people on product usage, it's fairly easy to recognize fumbling
users and not be guided by input from them; users who are
successful despite their overthinking of the machinery are
sometimes not so easy to spot.
