I went to work in '99 for two years as an HCI specialist. I also did tech
writing for projects.
It was, in short, a blast! There's a great community through the
TransAlpine Chapter of STC. Also, the French & Belgian chapters are fun
and have great resources.
A lot depends on the country where you're working....
