I'm building a menu in Captivate's MenuBuilder program. I've added some
text that is just text and other text that serves as links to other files.
When you create a link in MenuBuilder, it lets you choose the regular text
color and a hover color so that when the user moves the pointer over the
link text it changes color (also the pointer changes to an index finger
pointer indicating a clickable area). The problem is that the regular text
is also changing color and displaying the pointing finger when the pointer
moves over it, even though I've selected no hover color for it (in fact
there is no option to select a hover color on straight text).
Is there an option somewhere that I should check so that regular text shows
no change when the pointer is moved over it, or is this a bug in
MenuBuilder? I've checked Macromedia's support site to no avail and tried
to access the user forum, but can't get to it for some reason. So I'm
hoping someone out there in Tech Writer land can help me.
