Mona,

I would strongly recommend that you are dresses for the phone
interview as if you were in a face-to-face interview. Sit up straight
and smile. All this will come through over the phone.

A couple of years ago I was interviewed about a half-dozen times for a
position at Big Blue and was dressed sharp each time. My current job
was also over the phone--although it would have been face-to-face had
I lived in the vicinity.
