One thing we have talked about doing is changing how we set up our style
sheets. You can set up a style for a div id so it will call a specific
piece of text or a specific logo. Change the style sheet, or change the
logo (making sure the sizes are identical,) and you have instant customized
documentation.
If you are delivering .asp pages or are using a content management system,
this is even easier by setting up includes that your clients/customers could
make minor changes to before generating the doc output.
Too bad there isn't a quick fix for a common voice or a common writing
style.
