This is a spot where MS Word's spelling and grammar checkers, with the alarms turned to 11, earn their keep -- a rare case where *anything* fishy by anybody's logic should be flagged for review.

I like to proof OCR output in two passes: once-through with the MS Word flags turned on, then a break, then un-aided.
