It is precisely because of the phone support that I
highly recommend Linksys products. 800-326-7114
The written docs were OK, and fine for simple
networks.
I've tried a couple of other brands and their support
was awful or non-existent.
Linksys support stayed on the line with me for about
an hour while they had me disconnect all 5 of my
computers and wired Linksys router and reconnect
everything with the wireless router as the primary.
They stayed on the line with me and helped with all
the settings on the computers and routers to get all
up, running, and functioning, patient throughout.
