Within the last week my wife and I have brought home to attempt to use:
* Linksys wireless router
* Motorola cell phone (since returned)
* LG cell phone
All suffered from the same problem--inadequate documentation.

You've received lots of suggestions re. the router.
Regarding your phone, I've found the Nokia brand to be way, way above all other brands (especially Motorola) in the area of intuitive features (defined as "designed to work the way you do, rather than vice versa"). Nokia compares with Motorola similarly to the way Macintosh compares with Windows. There are similarities in ease of use, etc.
