Where do you get health insurance

Hi, guys...last March, I took this contracting position at a
substantial reduction in rate because I wanted to be here. Because of
that, I had to cut a number of expenses...health insurance being one
of them.

Well, yesterday, my manager upped my rate about 30% and now I have
the $$ to add back some of the things I cut...health insurance is one
of them.

So...if you are respopnsible for buying your own insurance, where do
you buy it from?  This is not including COBRA or spouse's insurance.
