Of course, you could also use paper that is pre-printed with the
watermark desired. Put it in to print your drafts from *any*
application, take it out when done.

Or, to be *really* fancy, have a second paper tray for drafts.

(To get even more fancy, have the watermark done in another color.)

The beauty of that one is that you don't need to suddenly discover
that a format override didn't get changed somewhere in the middle of a
long doc--and you have one less thing to deal with in a last-minute
release cycle.

Still another method for printed drafts--bind the copies and have a
boldly printed "draft" on the cover...

On the other hand, you could do it in Frame and have a watermark on
the master document that could be turned off with a single switch...
