Ginny Hupp <ghupp -at- directcon -dot- net> wondered which is correct: Email or E-mail.

According to the Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications, "Always hypheante. Do not use as a verb; use 'send' instead."

Of course, your organization may use a different style manual or company style guide/sheet that indicates otherwise. Just make sure you use the same throughout all your documentation.
