What aspect of documentation?
Information development (writing documention)?
Printing and distributing books? And any distinction between
those included with products vs. those sold as products?
Marketing printed documentation (e.g. MS Press books)?
Publishing information to the web?
Purchasing documentation to support internal activities
(consuming rather than providing documentation)?
