Anthony Hernandez <isaac840 -at- yahoo -dot- com> wonded, " Is there a standard workflow when creating documentation? I would guess it varies from org to org, but I'm not sure."

Not only from organization to organization, but between dileverable types, project goals, etc. I can't speak for others but I know what works for me. However, I do suggest the following book:

_Managing_You_Documentation_Projects_ by Joann T. Hackos.

Good luck!
