I have to ask in response, "panel of experts" on what subject? Writing?
Editing? Publishing? Style? Grammar? Software (specifically)?
Programming or industry-specific information? "Common sense"? Tech Comm
Marketing? Online Help? Proposals? Etc.
There are so many aspects to Technical Writing! This could get
confusing. For instance, I earned a Master's degree with high grades,
so I assume that educators would give a higher score while those in
aerospace or government would insist on a lower score because I am less
familiar with the needs of those industries.
Thanks for the poll and clarification.
