That name didn't become popular until the eighties, didn't it?
So, wait till you've got a little more age on ya.
Even so, switch pockets regularly. Most of those problems
that we old farts are dealing with were not apparent to
us when they were developing (from lax posture, improper
exercise, etc.).
Once it starts to become bothersome or debilitating, the
doctor or physio or chiro will be sure to tell you that
you took a long time creating the problem, so expect to
take some time to correct it.... unless they're pill-pushers
or surgeons promoting magic-bullet solutions. Caveat patootie.
