By the way, thanks to Marci B. for pointing out that, if I'd 
Googled on "bar" instead of "rectangle", I'd have hit several 
sites that explained that the bar/rectangle under the wheelie-bin 
indicates "Placed on the market as of 13 August 2005 or after".
