>From my experience, you'll have a more structured environment and
better pay and benefits (generally) from a large corporation. But, the
work will be more standard and structured and you might have a harder
time with upward mobility. A small company won't generally pay as well
or have comparable benefits to a large corporation (though there are
some that do really take care of their employees via pay and bennies).
The pace and the environment will be more hectic. Expect to wear many
hats, and expect your responsibilities and accountability to increase.
But, also expect more opportunities for upward mobility.
