The point is that people call and email me from places
way outside my search area (and I don't just mean from
India) about positions half way--or all the
way--across the country. No, I'm not willing to uproot
myself for 6 weeks in Timbuktoo, thank you. And they
act surprised!
I find CareerBuilder's matching criteria to be
seriously flawed. I don't think I've ever made a
useful connection from that site. Monster and Dice
have been very useful.
