Also have a good look at your "me box", i.e., that stash of stuff you've
worked on and of which you're proud. It'll help remind you that you're
worthy, are intelligent, have skills that others are in need of, etc.
(Not to boast, but today I look back through _mine_ and wonder, "I did
all of _that_?" It-and God-helps on those days I'm feeling like a POS.)
