Authoring Coach-TMX - opinions

Has anyone used Authoring Coach-TMX? Any opinions on it?

It seems to be designed to aid translation but is also selling itself as
a method of re-using existing source material as an aid to single
sourcing. Has anyone used it in this way? Was it useful?

It's been mooted as a possibly useful tool and I'm really after some
feedback from anybody that might have used it.
