Don't be sorry for asking the list a question. When I did classroom
software training in a former life I used to tell my students, "the only
stupid question is the one you DON'T ask." ;-)
I'm a firm believer that's true--sometimes questions that may seem
obvious to us can help us realize presumptions we're making about
knowledge our audience has not yet acquired. As trainers or as technical
writers that's critical to remember. ;-)
