Hmm... how about describing them as 'pre-printed
Post-It notes'? You could
try telling your printer that you want him to make you
a book of Post-It
leaves, with the content provided by you printed on
them.
Or if you want them to be really sticky (unlike the
easily removable Post-it
leaves) you could ask him to make you a book of
sticker labels, printed with
the content provided by you.
