More precisely, you can use a script to write the HTML page's
document.title property as the subject of the mailto. 

Just one caveat: users may ultimately view email links from help topics
as just another route for contacting your company's Customer Service
Dept. The last time I allowed email feedback from the help topics,
docs -at- myco -dot- com was flooded with tickets that had nothing to do with the
documentation.

Actually, that's easy. You can put a subject into a mailto: URL
and when they click, it becomes the email's subject.
