My favorites are "alot" for "a lot," and the non-words "incent" and
"incentivise" (as in, "We need to incent the employees to come to work
on time") instead of using forms of the more appropriate words motivate,
convince, or urge. I started hearing managers use incent and
incentivise about 14 years ago at the company I used to work for; it
made me cringe then and it makes me cringe now!

I have two: "<x> AM in the morning" (as opposed to <x> AM at night?) and
"surrounded on all sides". I hear both far too often.
Happy Friday!
