I'm finding myself amused more and more by the construction "I don't <believe>, <think>, <etc>". I know it's become a standard way to express the lack of belief or a disagreement...but that "not" is misplaced...
It's even more amusing because I use these expressions so much, and have had to learn to edit them out of my writing...but they still creep in.
Other than that, I really don't have any particular "grammatical" pet peeves.
