Frame to Word

Is there a tool that can take a Frame file and convert it to Word so it looks somewhat like the Frame file?

Going from Frame to html to Word turns out an ugly Word file, at best.

This is needed by our company to avoid the significant expense of having a translation company spend many hours formatting our ugly Word docs that come straight out of Frame.
