mif2go (Omni Systems: www.omsys.com) does an excellent job of converting
Frame .mif files into Word documents. It even converts the .fm to .mif for
you, and it's very configurable.
As I recall, Frame has a built-in conversion to RTF, which should work all
right. I haven't had occassion to use that.
