My references to on-screen display behavior are applicable to what Word
2003 calls "Print Layout" mode. I think I called it "page setup" at one
point, which is part of print settings, not one of the normal editing
modes. I think this mode used to be called "Page Layout" in older
versions of Word, but I'm not sure any more...
