There are at least a couple possible answers:
1. The 8th graders that Spell Checker knows are smarter than the 8th
graders you know! <grin...>
2. Spell checker looks at each word you use. An 8th grader knows the
meaning of each of those words. However, when you put them all together,
the 8th grader can't comprehend it! <grin...>
