Hi there. Our company is currently evaluating Document Locator for the
storage of RFPs, and other docs (such as guides, etc) that can be used
as resources for the RFPs. From my limited experience with the product,
it seems like a good tool for your purposes. Not sure of the cost (mgt
is looking into buying it, not me), but I've heard it is cheaper than
other, similar tools.
